Your stay includes:
- Either 1 or 2 night accommodation
- Friday no frills crop!
- Saturday night snack!
- Sunday morning continental breakfast items!
- Door prizes and welcome gifts!
- Bottled water, Bubbly and hot water provided. Note: Kettle(s) will also be available in the crop room at the bar space. Keurig machines located in your hotel rooms.
PRICES:
(1- Sat night or 2 nights - Fri/Sat night):
Single - $195 or $340
Double - $135 or $225
Triple - $120 or $195
Quad - $115 or $175
*1 night option(Saturday night) includes cropping Saturday until 4pm on the Sunday.
*2 night option includes Friday/Saturday night, cropping until 4pm on the Sunday*
NOTE: Prices above do not include meals. You must bring in, go outside or order from the hotel restaurant to eat. Meals can be eaten in your room, crop table or any common hotel space.
TIMES:
Friday - Crop room is open at 6pm until midnight!
Saturday - approx 8:30am until midnight!
Sunday - approx 8:30am until 4pm!
DEPOSIT: $75 deposit is required to hold your seat. Deposit is non-refundable unless event is cancelled by organizer or hotel.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE DUE:
- Deposit is due by Sept 16th - remember this holds your seat!
- Remainder of balance due by Oct 21st.
*All monies must be received by Oct 21st*
Details:
- Capacity will be at 45 people.
- Everyone has a 6ft table.
As of March 21, 2022 for the purpose of our meeting room, hotel etc:
- Masks are no longer required, but please don't hesitate to continue to wear one if getting up from your table or walking in common spaces within the hotel. Totally your choice and if it makes your weekend more comfortable, go for it!
*Pool/Hot Tub is available.
