Your stay includes:
- Either 1 or 2 night accommodation
- Welcome gifts and table treats all weekend long!
- Friday no frills crop! Doors open at 6pm!
- Saturday night snack!
- Door prizes and a FANTASTIC RAFFLE prize! If you know, then you know…
- Bottled water, LOTS, Bubbly or some kind of carbonated water.
KETTLE! Yes, there will be a kettle - PROMISE! Keurig machines also located in your hotel rooms.
PRICES:
(1- Sat night or 2 nights - Fri/Sat night):
Single - $205 or $350
Double - $145 or $235
Triple - $130 or $205
Quad - $125 or $185
NOTE: Prices reflect an increase in the price of the Guthire room. I’ve done my best to continue to keep the cost of our weekend low.
*1-night option(Saturday night) includes cropping Saturday from 9am until midnight approx, 8:30-4pm on Sunday.
*2-night option includes 6pm until midnight approx on the Friday, Saturday from 8:30am until midnight approx, and 8:30am until 4pm on the Sunday*
MEALS: Prices above do not include meals. You must bring in, go outside or order from the hotel restaurant to eat. Meals can be eaten in your room, crop table or any common hotel space.
DEPOSIT AMOUNT: $75 deposit is required to hold your seat. Deposit is non-refundable unless event is cancelled by organizer or hotel.
DEPOSIT DUE:
- Deposit is due by Friday, July 5th - remember this holds your seat and seats go fast for our fall crop!
BALANCE:
- Remainder of balance due by Friday, November 1st.

INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR ETRANSFER:
- # of nights - one night or two.
- Room type - single, double, triple or quad.
- Name of people in your room so I can connect the names.
TABLE GROUPS:
- Please have one person from your group send an email to let me know who is at your table. The max table group is 6.
- ALL tables are 6 ft.
OTHER DETAILS:
- Capacity will be at 45 people.
- If bringing a lamp, Cricut, or anything that requires electricity, please being an extension cord and power bar. All of these must fit on your table as the hotel doesn’t have any other small tables for use.
- As of March 21, 2022 for the purpose of our meeting room, hotel etc masks are no longer required, but please don't hesitate to continue to wear one if getting up from your table or walking in common spaces within the hotel.
- Pool/Hot Tub available.
- Dress for the room. At times the room gets stuffY and hot and I am may crack open the back door. Please bring a sweater/hoodie.

The Scrapbook Nerd will be in attendance for your shopping pleasure! Joy is always happy to take any pre-orders. Please ensure that you mention your supplies are for Scrap & Crop Weekend!
