Hi everyone!

Finally, I have our Spring details worked out!!!   I've decided to switch from my MailChimp directly to my Gmail inbox as MailChimp didn't work so well last fall!  My apologies for those that didn't receive any information last year.  Please stay up to date on my blog or FB page (see below for addresses!)

I'm also happy to report that prices have remained the same for the Spring!  

Our Spring Retreat details are below! 

A few things to note:

- this weekend is the weekend after the long weekend so don't panic!

- LIMITED seating is 35 people as we are in a different room for the Spring!

- I have a new address noted at the very bottom of this email if sending cheques!

- If I have missed anyone, please let me know as it was a bit difficult to create a group mail

WHAT:  Scrap & Crop at the Festival Inn is an overnight ladies scrapbooking retreat! TIME:  Friday - 6pm - midnight Saturday - 9am-midnight Sunday - 9am - 4pm COST FOR YOUR INCLUSIVE WEEKEND:  2 package options for you!  Option 1: Fri/Sat/Sun (2 nights) (with crop room access beginning on Friday night 6pm-12am - late night snack included) $370 for Single $275 double  $250 triple  $225 quad (per person)  Option 2: Sat/Sun (1 night) $245 Single $205 Double $195 Triple $180 Quad (per person) Please email me at cropsceneinc@gmail.com to register and quote which option above you would like, the names of the people in your room and any food allergies. WHAT'S INCLUDED: includes your stay (options above), Friday night snack; Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch.   Access to the pool, sauna and whirlpool! A Fabulous scrappin' tote upon arrival, free make n' takes (vendor option), random prizes all weekend long, door crasher prize and lots of shopping all weekend with our fabulous vendor(s)!   Reminder to please advise of all dietary requirements upon registration! REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: $75 deposit required on or before FRIDAY, MARCH 1st, 2019.   Payment must be received to hold your seat!  The remainder of BALANCE due on or before FRIDAY, MAY 10th,  2019. Note: any changes to your room will not be accepted after May 3rd, 2019  Please plan ahead if you're going away! Cancellation Policy: No refund of any monies given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of event (includes overnight accommodations if part of the event). Hotel events: if cancellation occurs 60 days before event, a small deposit ($10) will be deducted from your total in order to accommodate hotel policy. Should the event be cancelled by the organizer, all monies given shall be returned.
